How do I return an item?

            Please confirm that the specifications of your computer are compatible with the component you are purchasing. Refunds will NOT be offered for components that are mis-ordered. Only persons with the proper technical knowledge should be allowed to install components. Computer components are static-sensitive and can be damaged if precautions are not taken.

 

            Globaltek Components offers an exchange for any component that is DOA. Product must be returned and inspected prior to issuing credit. Exchange will be processed as the same component if possible, or store credit. Any damage that is deemed intentional or due to negligent installation will NOT be processed. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns are handled on a case by case basis. As previously stated, we do not offer refunds for products purchased in error.

 

            If you have received a product that is DOA, please contact our customer service via email at sales@globaltekoutlet.com and request an RMA and they will contact you with the correct return procedure.
